4mm thin insoles are designed for all shoe styles and snug-fitting boots like Blundstones

8mm thick insoles are ideal for roomy boots like work boots, winter boots, hiking boots and rubber boots.

SMALL: Youth-3, Ladies- 6

MEDIUM: Ladies 7-9, Mens 6-8

LARGE: Ladies 10-12, Mens 9-13

X-LARGE: Mens 14-16

Instructions: Trace out your current insoles onto the alpaca insoles. Cut the insoles and place into footwear from toe to heel. Initial fit should be snug. Allow time for custom moulding.
